WHISTLEBLOWING PORTAL
The Company, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, has adopted an internal management system for whistleblowing reports Compagnucci High Tech S.r.l. has adopted the following reporting management procedure, through the "My Whistleblowing" Portal, so that all subjects who operate in the name and on behalf of the Company can have an all-encompassing tool through which to convey reports of violations as required by Legislative Decree. Lgs. 24/2023.
The identity of the Reporter, the Reported Party and third parties involved in the report will be processed they are managed in compliance with EU Reg. 2016/679 GDPR and specific local implementations. The data controller is Compagnucci High tech Srl which acts in any case as an independent data controller.
